White Oak Partners initiated the add-on acquisition of VSI, LLC and VSI Waterworks, LLC (together “VSI”) by Wincove Private Holdings and their portfolio company Purgo Holdings, LLC.

VSI is an Alpharetta, GA based manufacturer of manual and automated valves used in commercial, industrial and municipal markets.

Purgo Holdings is a leading platform of filtration and separation technologies in high growth water, infrastructure, process filtration and separation markets.
