White Oak Partners Initiates the Acquisition of Super Stud Building Products, Inc. by Gemini Investors and its Portfolio Company Eastern Metal Building Products

White Oak Partners initiated the add-on acquisition of Super Stud Building Products, Inc. by Eastern Metal Building Products, a portfolio company of Gemini Investors.

Super Stud Building Products is a leading manufacturer of the industry’s most innovative and diverse offerings of cold-formed steel framing components and accessories for use in the construction of commercial, institutional, and residential structures.

Eastern Metal is a New England-based metal stud manufacturer that has distinguished itself in the steel framing industry with its high customer service orientation.

Gemini is a private investment firm based in suburban Boston.   Gemini has made over 150 investments in middle-market companies since 1993.  The investment firm has raised six limited partnership funds representing in excess of $850 million of capital under management and focuses on investing in smaller business who are leaders in their industry with compelling growth prospects.
