White Oak Partners Initiates the Acquisition of Super Stud Building Products by Eastern Metal Building Products, a Portfolio Company of Gemini Investors

White Oak Partners initiated the add-on acquisition of Super Stud Building Products by Eastern Metal Building Products, a portfolio company of Gemini Investors.  Post-acquisition, Eastern Metal Building Products is the parent company of EB Metal US and Super Stud Building Products, creating a leading framing manufacturer serving the east coast building products industry.

Super Stud Building Products is a leading manufacturer of the industry’s most innovative and diverse offerings of cold-formed steel framing components and accessories for use in the construction of commercial, institutional, and residential structures.

EB Metal US is a New England-based metal stud manufacturer that has distinguished itself in the steel framing industry with its high customer service orientation.

Gemini is a private investment firm based in suburban Boston.   Gemini has made over 185 investments in middle-market companies since 1993.  The investment firm has raised seven limited partnership funds representing in excess of $1 billion of capital and focuses on investing in smaller business who are leaders in their industry with compelling growth prospects.
