White Oak Partners Initiates the Acquisition of Salbro Bottle, Inc. by AEA Investors and its Portfolio Company TricorBraun

White Oak Partners initiated the add-on acquisition of Salbro Bottle by TricorBraun, a portfolio company of AEA Investors. 

Salbro is a packaging solution business that provides creative plastic containers, glass containers and closures to its customers.

TricorBraun is a packaging solutions company, focused on providing innovative, custom solutions for its many customers. An industry leader in glass and plastic containers, closures, dispensers and tubes, TricorBraun operates from more than 40 locations throughout North America and internationally including Canada, Mexico, England, China, Hong Kong, and India.

AEA Investors is a leading global private investment firm with approximately $11 billion under management focused on private equity and debt investments in the middle market.
