White Oak Partners Initiates the Acquisition of Safety First-SFC Ltd. by The Riverside Company and its Portfolio Company Area Wide Protective

White Oak Partners initiated the add-on acquisition of Safety First Contracting by Area Wide Protective, a portfolio company of The Riverside Company. 

Safety First provides outsourced traffic management solutions from eight facilities across Atlantic Canada. 

AWP provides temporary traffic management via more than 60 facilities across 20 states, employing more than 3,000 protectors. 

The Riverside Company is a global private equity firm focused on making control and non-control investments in growing businesses valued at up to $400 million. Since its founding in 1988, Riverside has invested in more than 520 transactions.
