Albany Packaging USA by Wynnchurch Capital and its Portfolio company Handgards

White Oak Partners initiated the acquisition of Albany Packaging USA by Wynnchurch Capital and its portfolio company Handgards.

Albany Packaging is a distributor of foodservice packaging, primarily paper folding cartons sold to supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and convenience stores. The Company’s products include a wide range of paper-based folding cartons and other foodservice packaging solutions, such as coffee sleeves.

Handgards, headquartered in El Paso, Texas, is a leading distributor of foodservice products, including disposable gloves, paper foodservice packaging, tabletop items, expendables, and other carryout products. The Company operates fourteen facilities with over one and a half million square feet of space and ships over 24 million cases of product annually.
