White Oak Partners Initiates the Acquisition of
Fielco Adhesives by DalFort Capital Partners and its Portfolio company Polymer Adhesives

White Oak Partners initiated the acquisition of Fielco Adhesives by DalFort Capital Partners and its portfolio company Polymer Adhesives.

Fielco Adhesives, a Huntingdon Valley, PA-based manufacturer of industrial epoxy adhesive solutions. Fielco's products serve a broad array of applications, including abrasive converting, industrial brushes, paint rollers, grinding wheels, and electronic encapsulation, among others.

Polymer Adhesives is a manufacturer of premium duct sealants, adhesives, construction materials, and accessories for commercial, industrial, and residential applications. The company operates out of a 92,000 square-foot manufacturing facility primarily servicing the central and southeast regions of the United States. Polymer Adhesives also has an additional 45,000 square foot facility in Lafayette, TN.
