White Oak Partners Initiates the Acquisition of AWC Process Solutions by Wynnchurch Capital and its Portfolio Company FloWorks, LLC

White Oak Partners initiated the add-on acquisition of AWC Process Solutions by FloWorks, LLC, a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital.

AWC is a Western Canadian-based manufacturer’s representative and distributor of industrial equipment for many world-class manufacturers of pumps, compressors, valves, power,  transmission, control & instrumentation equipment.

FloWorks is a leading specialty distributor of critical flow control products and provider of tailored technical solutions for MRO-focused applications. The Company serves customers across chemicals, downstream refining & renewables, high purity & sanitary, and other industrial end markets. FloWorks’ product categories include valves & automation, corrosion-resistant flow control, rotating equipment, flanges, filters & purifiers, and instrumentation.
