White Oak Partners initiated the acquisition of Air Delights by The Tranzonic Companies, a portfolio company of PNC Riverarch Capital.

Air Delights provides commercial restroom products, repair parts, and plumbing supplies with an emphasis on hands-free, hygienic solutions. The Tranzonic Companies provides an unsurpassed portfolio of cleaning, hygiene, and sanitary products.
